Pulu IPA Management
Maintaining traditional connections to country
Over one hundred years ago, English anthropologist A.C. Haddon described how Goemulgal, the people of Pulu Islet, managed their sacred islet. Goemulgal continue to look after the island today, and now combine these practices, based on their own traditional laws and customs with ongoing land and sea management activities.
